Refunds

Payments

Payment is due at the time you schedule your appointment. You can do so when prompted by the scheduling calendar or via my website shop: http://www.akashicreading.com/product/akashic-reading/

Appointments can only be kept on schedule for 24 hours without payment or payment arrangements having been agreed to. 

Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

Appointments times are scheduled so that each client receives the right amount of time for their Akashic Reading.

If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help you reschedule and accommodate those clients who are waiting for an appointment. As a courtesy please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you will need to reschedule.

If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, there will be a “no-show charge” of $125.00.  Your appointment prepayment will be used to process this charge.  No refunds are possible once a “no-show charge” has been processed.

Refunds

If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment or wish to cancel you may do so at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.  You can cancel the appointment via the scheduling calendar or email to request cancellation and a refund.  Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of appointment cancellation.
